幼儿园开展园本研究要从实践中提出问题,确立课题,研究过程采取循序渐进的方式,从小的课题开始,积累研究方法与经验,逐步开展专题研究,在研究过程中进一步深化课题,申报立项课题,在专家引领下,使课题研究逐步科学化、规范化。在研究中要不断总结经验,切实解决幼儿园的实际问题,促进教师、幼儿、幼儿园的持续发展。
