在知识经济时代来临后,人们把目光转向了“以人为本”这种管理理念,更加注重人在管理中的主体作用。而在幼儿园管理中,采取这种管理思想有效促进了幼儿园的管理。运用以人为本的管理理念要求以管理者为核心,以激励和管理制度为支撑,加大对教师的培训。
After the advent of the era of knowledge-based economy, people turn their attention to the management concept of “people-oriented” and pay more attention to the main role of people in management. In kindergarten management, adopting this management idea has effectively promoted the management of kindergartens. The use of people-oriented management philosophy requires managers as the core, to encourage and manage the system as a support, increase the training of teachers.
