作为城市中特殊的群体,刑释人员的就业问题往往被人们所忽视。其实,刑释人员的就业不仅关系到刑释人员能否顺利回归社会,更与城市的稳定发展有紧密联系。由于监禁中断了刑释人员的就业历程,当监禁结束后,几乎所有刑释人员都会面临着就业问题的困扰。为了促进刑释人员顺利回归社会,保护城市的繁荣稳定,当务之急是解决刑释人员的就业问题。这要求家庭、城市社会和政府之间必须紧密协作,建立广泛的社会支持网络。
As a special group in the city, the issue of employment of released prisoners is often neglected. In fact, the employment of released prisoners is not only related to the smooth release of prisoners to return to society, but also to the steady development of the city. Since the incarceration has interrupted the employment process of the released prisoners, almost all the released prisoners will face the employment problem when the incarceration is over. In order to promote the smooth return of prisoners to the community and the prosperity and stability of the city, it is imperative to solve the employment problem of the released prisoners. This requires close collaboration between families, urban communities and governments and the establishment of a broad social support network.
