目的利用精细化的人力资源管理,提高工作效率、培养优秀专科操作人员,提高消毒供应专业技术含量,建立专业化消毒供应队伍。方法建立人力资源有效管理措施,运用现代管理理论,创造性地调动人员潜能,提出应用现代管理理论,建立适合临床实际情况的护理供应人力资源管理模式,做到合理、有效地使用有限的人力资源。结果通过人力资源的有效调整,促使各级人员思考自己的价值和位置,明确自己的职责和任务,树立竞争、服务和质量意识,调动了各级人员的积极性,优质、高效地完成各项供应保障任务,提高了临床满意度。结论有效的人力资源管理措施使各级人员各尽其责、各施其能,保证医院临床物品及时有效地消毒供应。
Objective To use refined human resources management, improve work efficiency, cultivate excellent specialist operators, improve the professional content of disinfection supplies, and establish specialized disinfection supply team. Methods Establish effective management measures of human resources, use modern management theory to creatively mobilize the potential of personnel, put forward the application of modern management theory, and establish a management model of human resources for nursing care that suits the actual situation of the clinic so as to make reasonable and effective use of limited human resources. Results Through the effective adjustment of human resources, people at all levels are encouraged to think about their own values and positions, clarify their responsibilities and tasks, establish a sense of competition, service and quality, mobilize the enthusiasm of staff at all levels, and complete supply of various kinds of materials with high quality and efficiency Assurance tasks, improve clinical satisfaction.
