国营大中型企业的出路问题已成为当前社会的热门话题,这项改革已成为我国整体改革的重点、难点、关键点。那么国营企业改革的突破点在哪里呢?就目前大多数国有企业来说,主要在于职工思想仍然未能够解放。 据载:沈阳市共有下岗职工20万人,而在沈阳外地打工族约30万人,前者安于每月待业保险,日常生活囊中羞涩,愁眉苦脸,后者每月几百元甚至更多,笑逐颜开。针对下岗职工,沈阳市劳动局举办了一期“理发培训班”,除免费报名外,赠送一套理发工具和一套工作服,报名者寥寥无几。可笑的是竟有人打电话询问参加培训有无补助,有无津贴。如此心态,至少从一个侧面折射出部分国营企业职工思想仍未摆脱计划经济体制苑囿。

With such a mentality, at least one aspect reflects that some state-owned enterprises employees still have not escaped from the planned economic system.
