今春,邓小平同志南巡时强调指出,离开科学技术,我们的经济就不能发展得这样快。江泽民同志1991年4月在四川凉山州考察时也强调,要把科技、教育、文化放在很突出很重要的位置。正确理解和深刻认识科学技术在生产力发展中的地位和作用,对把握少数民族地区经济发展战略的方向具有十分重要的意义。本文以凉山彝族自治州为例,对少数民族地区经济发展中的科技进步与速度、效益的问题进行粗浅探讨。
This spring, Comrade Deng Xiaoping emphasized during the southern tour that our economy can not grow so fast without science and technology. Comrade Jiang Zemin also emphasized in his investigation in Liangshan Prefecture in Sichuan in April 1991 that science and technology, education and culture should be given prominence and importance. Correctly understanding and profoundly understanding the status and role of science and technology in the development of productive forces is of great significance in grasping the direction of economic development strategies in ethnic minority areas. This paper takes Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture as an example to conduct a superficial discussion on the scientific and technological progress, speed and benefit in the economic development in ethnic minority areas.
