病人女,48岁。因“中腹部痛2d”于2007-02-01入院。入院查:T36.8℃,P90次/min,R22次/min,Bp100/60mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)。腹部平坦、柔软,左中腹压痛,无反跳痛及肌紧张,未扪及明显包块及肠型,移动性浊音阴性,肠鸣音活跃。直肠指检未扪及异常。血常规:WBC10.9×10~9/L,N77.9%。肝功肾功血糖电解质二氧化碳结合率血尿淀粉酶均正常。腹部平片未见异常(未见肠梗
