目的:优选黄芩苷的新型提取方法。方法:采用液-液连续萃取装置提取黄芩苷。以总黄酮含量为筛选指标,以溶剂循环周期数、提取温度、蒸馏时间为考察因素,用L9(43)正交试验优选最佳提取工艺。比较新型提取方法与水提酸沉法在净收率、总黄酮含量、黄芩苷含量和提取物颜色方面的差异。结果:黄芩苷新型提取方法最佳工艺为溶剂循环2.5个周期、提取温度50℃、蒸馏时间6h。新型提取方法在总黄酮含量、黄芩苷含量和提取物颜色方面均显著优于水提酸沉法。结论:新方法适用于黄芩苷的提取。
Objective: To optimize a new extraction method of baicalin. Methods: Baicalin was extracted by liquid - liquid continuous extraction. Taking the total flavonoid content as the screening index, taking the solvent cycle period, the extraction temperature and the distillation time as the investigation factors, the optimum extraction process was optimized by L9 (43) orthogonal test. The differences between the new extraction method and the water extraction and acid precipitation method in net yield, total flavonoid content, baicalin content and extract color were compared. Results: The best extraction method of baicalin was 2.5 cycles of solvent circulation, extraction temperature was 50 ℃ and distillation time was 6h. The new extraction method was significantly better than that of water extraction and acid precipitation in the content of total flavonoids, the content of baicalin and the color of extract. Conclusion: The new method is suitable for the extraction of baicalin.
