随着市场经济体制的完善,企业的发展越来越快,要想实现企业的长期发展,就必须做好企业员工思想政治教育工作,只有这样才能有效地提高企业员工的凝聚力,促进企业的和谐发展。文章从企业健全思想政治教育机制的必要性出发,分析了当前企业思想政治教育工作面临的问题,并提出了健全企业思想政治教育机制的措施。
With the improvement of the market economy system and the rapid development of the enterprises, if we want to realize the long-term development of enterprises, we must do a good job in the ideological and political education of employees.
