从2003年参加工作以来,我教过的学生不下千人,当班主任也有六年的经历,这其中遇到过形形色色的人、各种各样的问题。在此期间,我查阅了诸多报纸杂志,从举足无措的青涩逐渐拥有了游刃有余的成熟,在这个过程中,我深刻地体会到了爱如春雨,润物无声的道理。高中阶段的每一学期都有从国家到学校的扶贫助学活动,如政府助学金、国家彩票公益金等。我们县是国家贫困县,贫困人数比例比较大,而助学金名额有限,僧多粥少,如何公正合理地分配
