在日常思想教育工作中,人们常用对比的方法来教育学生。所谓对比,即教育者把日常生活中与受教育者有较强相比性的正面或反面的人和事列举出来,引导受教育者进行对比,在对比过程中,受教育者的心灵深处受到触动,激发起奋发向上的愿望,从而使教育者的教育目的转化为受教育者的自我需求。为什么要用对比的方法进行教育呢?首先,从人认识事物的规律来看,这种方法是促进学生自我教育,保障青少年心理健康的需要。
