浙江现代交通三大建设(即大港口、大路网、大物流)全力推进一年来,渐入佳境:宁波-舟山港完成货物吞吐量突破5亿吨,集装箱吞吐量突破1000万标箱,迈入世界级大港前列;以接轨长三角和周边省、建设综合交通网为重点,加快建设的高速公路网、干线公路网、农村公路网三大路网趋向完美;各地都相继成立大物流建设领导小组和办公室,整体工作格局基本形成。统计显示,2008年浙江省完成公路水运基础设施建设投资515.8亿元,超出计划13.7%,居全国前列。险阻重重的2008年,上述成绩是如何取得,我们就此走访了浙江省交通厅党组书记、厅长郭剑彪。
