研究软骨多糖作用下,S180荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能的变化。采用小鼠肉瘤S180细胞建立动物腹水瘤模型,然后随机将小鼠分为空白组、模型组和治疗组,连续腹腔注射生理盐水或软骨多糖,分别测量外周血中性粒细胞、T淋巴细胞亚型的变化,及巨噬细胞的活性变化。结果发现软骨多糖能够提高荷瘤小鼠中性粒细胞的数目,提高外周血细胞CD3+、CD4+细胞数,增加CD4+/CD8+细胞比值,显著提高巨噬细胞吞噬中性红和鸡红细胞的能力。软骨多糖能通过增强S180荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能而抑制肿瘤的生长。
To study the changes of immune function of S180 tumor-bearing mice under the action of cartilage polysaccharide. The murine sarcoma S180 cells were used to establish the model of animal ascites tumor. The mice were randomly divided into blank group, model group and treatment group. The rats were injected intraperitoneally with normal saline or cartilage polysaccharide. The levels of peripheral blood neutrophil and T lymphocyte subsets Type changes, and macrophage activity changes. The results showed that cartilage polysaccharide can increase the number of neutrophils in tumor-bearing mice, increase the number of CD3 + and CD4 + cells in peripheral blood cells, increase the ratio of CD4 + / CD8 + cells and significantly increase the ability of macrophages to phagocytose neutral red and chicken erythrocytes. Cartilage polysaccharide can inhibit tumor growth by enhancing the immune function of S180 tumor-bearing mice.
