轻烃分馏采用多塔蒸馏分离技术,利用各组分之间相对挥发度的不同进行分馏。反应装置为塔式,塔内装设有塔板或填料,以提供传热和传质场所。加热设备为加热炉,以导热油为介质为塔底重沸器提供热源。冷凝设备为冷凝器,以水为介质为塔顶冷凝器提供冷源;根据工艺要求,设置DCS系统实现轻烃分馏工艺的自动控制。
Light hydrocarbon fractionation using multi-column distillation separation technology, the use of different components of the relative volatility fractionation. The reaction device is a tower, the tower equipped with trays or packing, to provide heat and mass transfer sites. Heating equipment for the furnace, with thermal oil as the medium for the bottom of the reboiler to provide heat. The condensing equipment is a condenser, which supplies cold source to the overhead condenser with water as the medium. The DCS system is set to automatically control the light hydrocarbon fractionation process according to the process requirements.
