什么是净面条?净面条者,即不加任何油盐酱醋等佐料干净纯粹之白面条也。佐料者,附加物、添加剂也。 新闻与面条何干?此说事出有因。 拙作《新闻:拒绝罗嗦》中有一例:当年笔者刚从事编辑工作的时候,就遇见过记者找编辑抗议的场面。那记者不满地说:“我的稿子本来是一碗佐料齐全的打卤面,可经你们一删呢,光剩下面条了!”笔者议论道:然而编辑这么删难道不对么!只要编辑没把“面条”删了光剩下“佐料”,就是好编辑。 拙作刊出后,本报一位同仁见到笔者,对笔者的“净面条说”表示有不同看法。这位同仁认为:有时
