本文沿着我国国有企业战略调整与改革发展的基本脉络,对1993年-2011年国有企业的总量指标、结构特征、利税比例等方面的数据指标进行分析发现,国有经济充满活力且社会效益明显。然而,国有经济在一些领域受到很大削弱的现实必须引起高度警惕。国有经济对社会主义经济建设的作用不可替代,也是维持国民经济自主性的核心力量。所以,国内学术界关于国有经济的批评是站不住脚的,应在保持国有经济必要总量的前提下大力促进国有企业健康发展。
Based on the basic context of the strategic adjustment and reform of state-owned enterprises in our country, this paper analyzes the data indicators of the total amount of state-owned enterprises in 1993-2011, such as the total amount of indicators, the structure and the proportion of profits and taxes. It shows that the state-owned economy is full of vigor and social benefits are obvious . However, the reality that the state-owned economy has been greatly weakened in some areas must be given high vigilance. The role of the state-owned economy in building the socialist economy is irreplaceable and also a core force in maintaining the autonomy of the national economy. Therefore, the domestic academic criticism of state-owned economy is untenable. We should vigorously promote the sound development of state-owned enterprises on the premise of maintaining the necessary total amount of state-owned economy.
