2016年度国家科学技术奖励大会于2017年元月在京举行。会上,纺织行业内共有4项成果获奖,其中,中国纺织机械协会副会长单位宁波慈星股份有限公司的“支持工业互联网的全自动电脑针织横机装备关键技术及产业化”项目荣获国家科学技术进步二等奖。据了解,该获奖项目攻克和掌握了自动起底编织、高品质复杂花型编织、高速编织成圈机构、针织物模拟和针织物组织自动识别、多传感器信息融合智能控制策略技术及工业互联网智能制造集成技术,全面实现了新型全自动电脑针织横机的国产化,推动了针织行业的进步。
The 2016 National Science and Technology Awards Conference was held in Beijing in January 2017. At the conference, there were 4 achievements in the textile industry. Among them, the Vice President of the China Textile Machinery Association, Ningbo Cixing Co., Ltd.’s “Key Technology and Industrialization of Automatic Computer Flat Knitting Machine Supporting Industrial Internet” project Won the National Science and Technology Progress Award. It is understood that this award-winning project has captured and mastered automatic bottom weaving, high-quality and complex pattern weaving, high-speed knitting and knitting mechanism, knitwear simulation and automatic identification of knitted fabrics, multi-sensor information fusion intelligent control strategy technology and industrial Internet intelligence. Manufacturing integration technology has fully realized the localization of a new type of fully automatic computerized flat knitting machine and promoted the progress of the knitting industry.
