近日,江森自控建筑技术与解决方案业务旗下的无锡研发制造基地迎来了20周年庆。无锡基地始建于1996年,现已从最初几十人的制造工厂发展成为拥有近2000人的现代化大型研发制造基地,其中包括亚洲技术研发中心600多人的研发团队。无锡基地是江森自控全球供应链的重要组成部分,其制造研发涉及全球暖通空调和自控行业领域。无锡基地亚洲技术研发中心汇集了江森自控40%的全球冷水机组工程师。无锡制造的冷水机组贡献了江森自控全球冷水机组四分之一的业务。其中离心式冷水机组在全球同类机组的业务占比更是达到了45%。自2008年迄今,无锡基地已成功获得170项技术专利。
Recently, the 20th anniversary of the Wuxi R&D and manufacturing base under Johnson Controls’ Building Control Technology and Solutions business has been celebrated. Founded in 1996, the Wuxi base has now grown from a manufacturing facility with dozens of people to a modern large-scale R&D and manufacturing base with nearly 2,000 people, including more than 600 R&D teams in the Asian technology R&D center. Wuxi Base is an important part of Johnson Controls’ global supply chain. Its manufacturing R&D involves global HVAC and automation industries. The Wuxi Base Asia Technology R&D Center brings together 40% of the global chiller engineers of Johnson Controls. The chillers manufactured in Wuxi contributed a quarter of Johnson Controls’ global chillers. Centrifugal chillers accounted for 45% of the business volume of similar units in the world. Since 2008, Wuxi Base has successfully obtained 170 technical patents.
