近年来,安徽省以项目化为手段、以工程化为措施,从2007年至今的8年中,累计实施50个项目,累计投入3179亿元,着力保障和改善民生。省财政厅在积极推进民生工程的同时,以具体项目为对象开展了重点绩效评价,建立起一套完整的绩效评价标准和便于操作的评价流程,确保了评价工作的科学性、完整性和指导性,取得积极进展。其有关经验做法是:一、科学构建绩效评价体系
