为保证输油管线的高效、安全运行,必须对输油运行参数及设备状态进行及时、准确地监视。文中介绍了中洛输油管线的数据采集及传输系统的结构形式、系统功能、主要技术指标。该系统实现了泵站输油参数的实时采集及信号传输,及时、准确地监视泵站的运行参数和设备状态。它为全线各站推广应用打下了良好基础,并为管线的优化运行和自动控制提供了必要的条件。
In order to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the oil pipeline, it is necessary to conduct timely and accurate monitoring on the operating parameters and equipment status of the oil transportation. This paper introduces the structure, system functions and main technical indexes of data acquisition and transmission system of Zhongluo oil pipeline. The system realizes the real-time collection and signal transmission of pumping station’s oil parameters and monitors the operating parameters and equipment status of the pumping station timely and accurately. It laid a good foundation for the popularization and application of all stations in the whole line and provided the necessary conditions for the optimized operation and automatic control of the pipeline.
