一、概况我公司二蒸馏装置有三台圆筒形加热炉,其中两台常压炉(23.3MW)、一台减压炉(20.9MW)。该装置1974年8月投产,由于历史原因,三台炉炉体及炉底全部采用钢筋混凝土框架、红砖结构,多年运转后留下许多隐患,故于1982年进行了大修改造。大修的方案是:将原炉可以继续用的钢结构部分分别拆卸下来,而钢筋混凝土部分运出装置。然后将停工前已预制好的钢制炉体、炉底吊装到已施工好的土建基础上,再安装原炉经加高后的对流室、炉
I. Overview Two distillation units of our company have three cylindrical heating furnaces, of which two atmospheric furnaces (23.3MW) and one vacuum furnace (20.9MW). The device put into operation in August 1974, due to historical reasons, three furnace body and hearth all use reinforced concrete frame, red brick structure, many years of operation left many hidden dangers, it was overhauled in 1982. Overhaul program is: the original furnace can continue to use the steel structure were removed, while the part of the reinforced concrete shipped out of the device.
