目的:探讨金属夹联合内镜注射治疗胃肠道出血的疗效.方法:将患者随机分为两组,分别采用内镜下单纯注射和金属夹联合内镜下注射治疗胃肠道出血.结果:单纯注射组即时止血率为80%,联合治疗组即时止血率为100%.结论:金属夹联合内镜下注射治疗胃肠道出血疗效确切,安全可靠.
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of metal clip combined with endoscopic injection for the treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods: The patients were randomly divided into two groups and were treated with endoscopic injection and metal clip combined with endoscopic injection respectively for gastrointestinal bleeding.Results: The rate of immediate hemostasis was 80% in the simple injection group, and the immediate hemostasis rate in the combined treatment group was 100% .Conclusion: The metal clip combined with endoscopic injection for the treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding has definite curative effect and is safe and reliable.
