近年来,各种公司如雨后春笋不断出现,7月1日开始施行的《中华人民共和国公司法》,对公司的设立、机构、行为等进行规范,开办公司要依法办事。开办公司首先要到登记机关注册资本。“公司法”对此有两方面的要求:一是注册资本必须达到法定最低限额,二是注册资本必须为实缴资本,以反映公司财产的真实性。公司资本在一定期限内应当维持不变,如需减少或增加必须经过法定的程序,办理变更登记手续。目前,在我国的公司形式大约分为:外商投资公司、国有独资公司、有限责
In recent years, various companies have mushroomed continuously, and the Company Law of the People’s Republic of China, which came into force on July 1, regulates the establishment, organization and conduct of the company. It is imperative to start a company according to law. Start-up companies must first go to the registration authority registered capital. The Company Law requires two purposes: First, the registered capital must meet the statutory minimum limit; second, the registered capital must be paid-up capital to reflect the authenticity of the company’s assets.
