随着我国经济全球化程度的不断加深,发端于西方的企业社会责任运动开始对国内企业、特别是外向型企业产生越来越深刻的影响。深圳最先经受了这一运动的冲击和考验,又率先以主动积极的态度采取应对措施。由深圳市劳动和社会保障局、中共中央党校社会发展研究中心、深圳市委政策研究室历时两年调研完成了《深圳应力促企业履行社会责任》的专题报告。深圳的这一开创性举措,引起了社会各界的广泛关注。4月初,深圳市劳动和社会保障局举办了“推进深圳企业履行社会责任”高层研讨会,来自中共中央党校、国家劳动和社会保障部、商务部、国务院发展研究中心等单位的领导、专家和学者献言献策,从各个角度论证了此项探索的重大意义和实际价值。本刊推出一组文章,以引起广大读者关注企业履行社会责任问题,从而推进深圳企业履行社会责任。
With the continuous deepening of the economic globalization in our country, the social responsibility movement originated in the west has begun to exert more and more profound influence on the domestic enterprises, especially the export-oriented ones. Shenzhen was the first to experience the impact and tests of this campaign, taking the lead in adopting proactive and proactive measures. After a two-year investigation and study conducted by the Shenzhen Labor and Social Security Bureau, the Social Development Research Center of the Party School of the CPC Central Committee and the Policy Research Office of Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee, a special report entitled “Shenzhen Stresses Enterprises to Fulfill Social Responsibilities” was completed. This pioneering move by Shenzhen has aroused widespread concern in the community. In early April, Shenzhen Labor and Social Security Bureau held a high-level seminar on “Promoting Shenzhen’s Corporate Social Responsibility” and leaders, experts from the CPC Central Party School, the State Ministry of Labor and Social Security, the Ministry of Commerce and the State Council Development Research Center and other units Scholars offered their advice and argued for the great significance and practical value of this exploration from all angles. The publication of a series of articles to arouse readers attention to corporate social responsibility issues, thereby promoting Shenzhen enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities.
