目的分析参与式方法应用于职业卫生培训中的效果,为参与式培训方法在职业卫生培训中的应用提供参考。方法对接触不同职业病危害因素的不同类型企业中216名劳动者进行职业卫生参与式培训,在开展培训前、培训后1个月和培训后3个月分别进行问卷调查,分析职业卫生参与式培训的效果。结果培训后1个月和培训后3个月,劳动者对法律知晓率高于培训前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),培训后1个月和培训后3个月劳动者对法律知晓率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训后1个月和培训后3个月劳动者职业卫生知识总得分及职业卫生知识、信念(态度)、行为分别得分均高于培训前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论职业卫生参与式培训可有效提高劳动者的法律和职业卫生知识水平,可以作为开展职业卫生培训的有效方法之一。
Objective To analyze the effect of participatory approach on occupational health training and provide reference for the application of participatory training in occupational health training. Methods A total of 216 workers in different types of enterprises exposed to different occupational hazards were engaged in vocational health training. Before the training, one month after training and three months after training, questionnaires were conducted to analyze occupational health participatory training Effect. Results 1 month after training and 3 months after training, workers’ awareness of the law was higher than that before training (P <0.05), 1 month after training and 3 months after training (P> 0.05). The scores of occupational health knowledge, occupational health knowledge, beliefs (attitudes) and behaviors among workers at one month and three months after training were higher than those before training There was statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Occupational health participatory training can effectively improve the legal and occupational health knowledge of workers and can be used as one of the effective ways to carry out occupational health training.
