目的了解输入性B_3基因型麻疹病例的流行病学特征和传播情况。方法对1例输入性B_3基因型麻疹病例进行流行病学调查,并采集病例血清和咽拭子标本检测麻疹免疫球蛋白(Immunoglobulin,Ig)M和提取麻疹病毒核酸并测序。结果 2014年在兴仁县发现贵州省首例输入性B_3基因型麻疹病例,该基因型非我国本土流行株。病例血清标本检测结果为麻疹IgM阳性;咽拭子检测到麻疹病毒核酸,测序结果为麻疹病毒B_3基因型。结论此次输入尚未引起进一步的传播,我国目前使用的麻疹减毒活疫苗在人群中的免疫对阻止B_3基因型麻疹病毒传播有效。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics and transmission of measles cases with imported B 3 genotypes. Methods A case of measles virus of imported B 3 genotype was investigated by epidemiology. Serum and throat swab specimens were collected for detection of immunoglobulin (Ig) M and DNA of measles virus and sequencing. Results In 2014, the first imported measles case of imported B_3 genotype was found in Xingren County, Guizhou Province. This genotype was not endemic in China. Serum samples were tested positive for measles IgM; measles virus nucleic acid was detected in throat swabs and the genotype of measles virus B_3 was sequenced. Conclusions The input has not caused further spread yet. The immunization in live population of measles attenuated live vaccine currently used in our country is effective in preventing the spread of B_3 genotype measles virus.
