对165例老年心血管病人营养调查结果显示,平均每人每日热能摄取为8.4MJ(2112.2kacl),蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物摄入量分别为57.8、85.9和274.6g。所产生的热能分别占总热能的11%,37%和52%。胆固醇摄入量23.08mmol/L,膳食纤维7.03g。其中54%的患者体重超过标准体重。血清甘油三脂1.68±0.84mmol/L,本文并对心血管疾病与营养的关系进行了讨论。
