CR是一种新的刺激剂的军用代号,其化学名称为二苯并氧氮杂(艹卓)。为进一步了解CR的毒性毒理及其损伤规律,为评价CR提供依据。作者着重开展了CR在各种途径、不同状态条件下的动物实验。 由于CR的使用呈气溶胶态,在实验研究中,以动物吸入CR刺激为主,同时还进行了消化道、皮肤等途径中毒研究。为了解CR的水质对人体的危害,还进行了金鱼TLM的测定。 CR的急性毒性实验中,口服CR,小白鼠LD_(50)为4988mg/kg,大白鼠LD_(50)为3696mg/kg。大白鼠口服CR 6000mg/kg,24h活杀尸检,未见脏器明显变化,家兔以500mg/kg、猫以20mg/kg灌胃,连续观察两周,无异常发现。实验表明:CR刺激剂的毒性低、安全范围大。 不同动物吸入CR毒烟实验表明:各种动物对
