金顶(集团)股份有限公司是一个大型企业集团。公司由单一经济成分变为多种经济成分,但企业党组织对思想政治工作的领导地位没有变,党组织的政治核心作用没有变。在社会主义市场经济条件下,股份制企业党组织的地位和作用,只能重视,不能忽视;只能加强,不能削弱。股份制企业党组织如何在改革和经济发展中发挥作用呢?通过几年的运作,我们有下列方面的体会:——政治的领导作用。股东大会虽是股份制企业的权力机构,但它不能也不会取代党组织在企业的地位和作用。
