国务院颁布《中华人民共和国法定计量单位》已有9年了,科技书刊中的计量单位理应一律采用法定计量单位。然而,科技活动涉及的计量单位范围极大,十分复杂,除了要尽量使用法定计量单位外,还不得不根据情况允许一部分非法定计量单位在一定范围内继续使用。问题在于究竟哪些非法定计量单位允许(或暂时允许)使用,不允许使用的计量单位又该如何处理。这两个问题至今还没有得到圆满解决。本文谈了个人的一些不成熟看法,希望能得到同行的指正。
The State Council has promulgated the “Statutory Metrological Unit of the People’s Republic of China” for nine years. Scientific units in scientific and technical books and magazines should always adopt statutory units of measurement. However, the scope of measurement units involved in scientific and technological activities is extremely large and complex. In addition to using legal units of measurement as much as possible, it is also necessary to allow a portion of non-statutory units of measurement to continue to be used within a certain range according to the circumstances. The question is what non-statutory units of measurement allow (or temporarily allow) the use of units of measurement that are not allowed to be used and what to do with them. These two issues have not yet been satisfactorily resolved. This article talked about some immature personal views, hoping to get the correct counterparts.
