将羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)接到镁铜锌铁氧体表面,再用戊二醛把巯基乙酰聚乙烯亚胺(MAPEI)交联到组装后的铁氧体上,制备出含羰基、氨基、巯基以及高磁性的新型高分子复合絮凝剂(Ferrite-CMC-MAPEI)。针对尾矿废水,考察了该絮凝剂对废水中溶解态重金属与有机物的捕集性。实验结果表明,该复合絮凝剂能够同时处理尾矿废水中的溶解态重金属与有机物,其絮凝时间为90~120 min,投药量为15~20 mg,最佳p H为6.1;絮体沉降分离较快且具有良好的稳定性,不易引起二次污染且残渣中的有价重金属可用酸液有效回收。
The carboxymethylcellulose sodium (CMC) was attached to the surface of magnesium-copper-zinc-zinc ferrite and the MAPEI was cross-linked with glutaraldehyde to the assembled ferrite to prepare a carbonyl containing , Amino, mercapto and high magnetic properties of the new polymer composite flocculant (Ferrite-CMC-MAPEI). Aiming at the tailings wastewater, the flocculant was investigated for the capture of dissolved heavy metals and organic matter in wastewater. The experimental results show that the flocculant can treat the dissolved heavy metal and organic matter in the tailings wastewater at the same time. The flocculation time is 90 ~ 120 min, the dosage is 15 ~ 20 mg, the best p H is 6.1. Faster and has good stability, not easy to cause secondary pollution and residue valuable metals can be effectively recovered with acid.
