合成了聚(4-乙烯基吡啶)杂多化合物催化剂,并作为多相催化剂用于己二酸与正丁醇的酯化反应。采用TG、ICP、XRD和FT-IR等分析测试技术对催化剂组成和结构进行表征,结果表明,该催化剂具有高的热稳定性,杂多阴离子高度分散在聚合物表面。当反应温度为115℃,催化剂质量分数为2%,酸醇摩尔比为1∶3.3,带水剂甲苯质量分数为21%时,己二酸的转化率最高,可达95%,催化剂重复使用5次没有明显的活性降低,并且在使用过程中,催化剂结构保持不变。
Poly (4-vinylpyridine) heteropoly compound catalyst was synthesized and used as a heterogeneous catalyst for the esterification of adipic acid with n-butanol. The composition and structure of the catalyst were characterized by TG, ICP, XRD and FT-IR. The results showed that the catalyst has high thermal stability and the heteropolyanions are highly dispersed on the polymer surface. When the reaction temperature is 115 ℃, the mass fraction of catalyst is 2%, the molar ratio of alcohol to alcohol is 1: 3.3 and the mass fraction of toluene is 21%, the conversion of adipic acid is the highest, up to 95%. The catalyst is reused No significant decrease in activity was observed 5 times, and the catalyst structure remained unchanged during use.
