目的 设计合理的踝关节假体 .方法 对 2 0个新鲜成人踝关节标本进行了测量 .结果 踝距与负重面积、距骨半径、胫骨下端前后距 3项数据之间存在直线关系 .结论 踝距只分两型 ,距骨半径与胫侧铆固面前后距固定的假体不尽理想 ,有必要在 30mm以下、30mm~ 35mm之间增设型号
Objective To design a reasonable ankle prosthesis.Methods Twenty fresh adult ankle joints were measured.Results There was a linear relationship between the ankle and the load area, the radius of the talus, and the anteroposterior tibial height of the tibia.Conclusion The ankle distance Divided into two types, talus radius and tibial riveting front and back fixed prosthesis not ideal, it is necessary in the following 30mm, 30mm ~ 35mm additional models
