目前我国高等职业教育院校办学水平、教学质量的参差不齐,如何规范管理、提高水平、保障质量成为高职教育必须面对的课题。除了行政部门实施的外部评估外,建立自主的高职院校教学评估机制非常重要。北京青年政治学院在教育部高职高专院校人才培养工作水平评估的基础上,实施了校内教学自评估工作,对高职院校教学自评估的理论和实践进行了认真的探索。
At present, the level of running higher vocational education institutions in our country is uneven, and the teaching quality is uneven. How to standardize management, improve the quality and ensure the quality have become the problems that higher vocational education must face. In addition to the external evaluation implemented by the executive branch, it is very important to establish an independent teaching evaluation mechanism in higher vocational colleges. Based on the assessment of the personnel training level in higher vocational colleges and universities of the Ministry of Education, Beijing Youth Political College has implemented self-assessment of teaching in schools and has conducted a serious exploration of the theory and practice of teaching self-assessment in higher vocational colleges.
