依法治国是党领导人民治理国家的基本方略,法治是治国理政的基本方式。共青团组织作为党的助手和后备军,同时也是青年的良师益友,应当着力践行法治精神。高校的法学院在运用依法之治的相关理论时具有天然的资源优势,本文通过对南京大学法学院的相关制度建设和团学活动进行梳理,进一步思考和探索如何更好地将法治精神融入到共青团的工作中。
