Objective: To study the level of BNP in patients with heart failure and to explore the correlation between the degree of heart failure and the level of plasma BNP, so as to provide a reference for early diagnosis and treatment of heart failure. Methods: 168 cases of heart failure diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as the observation group and 90 healthy people in the same period as the control group. BNP level, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD) Room ejection fraction (LVEF). Results: After finishing the data and analysis, the results showed that BNP levels in each observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (p <0.05); and heart failure patients with different heart function grading groups Plasma BNP levels increased with the level of increase, the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05); BNP levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those at admission, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01); In addition, with the heart There was a significant negative correlation between BNP level and LVEF (r = -0.59, P <0.01) after functional classification, LVEDD increased significantly, LVEF decreased significantly (p <0.05) , Positively correlated with LVEDD (r = 0.60, P <0.01). Conclusion: There is a good correlation between plasma BNP levels and the degree of heart failure. It can determine left ventricular systolic and diastolic dysfunction and has important value in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis evaluation of patients with heart failure.
