国家在新农村建设及解决“三农”问题过程中亟待解决从事现代农业人才培养的问题,作为浙江省供销社系统院校有着义不容辞的责任。但目前此类学校涉农专业出现“招生不旺、就业不畅”的现象,其中重要影响因素就是这些涉农专业高职生的专业认同感。本文在相关研究和理论的基础上,设计涉农专业高职生专业认同感调查问卷,探讨提升涉农专业高职生专业认同感的对策及措施。
The state is urgently required to solve the problem of cultivating modern agricultural talents in the course of building a new socialist countryside and solving the issue of “agriculture, farmers and rural areas”. It has the unshirkable responsibility as a system and institution of supply and marketing cooperatives in Zhejiang Province. However, at present, the phenomenon of “non-recruitment of students and sluggish employment” appears in these schools involving agriculture-related professions. Among them, the important influencing factor is the professional identity of these vocational-agricultural students. Based on the related researches and theories, this paper designs a questionnaire about professional identity of agriculture-related vocational students, and discusses the countermeasures and measures to enhance their professional identity.
