【目的】研究不同砧木处理对‘赤霞珠’葡萄树体生长、果实发育、着色效果等的影响差异。【方法】选择‘SO4’、‘5BB’、‘3309C’、‘101-14M’等4个砧木与‘赤霞珠’葡萄进行绿枝嫁接,对初期结果植株的新梢生长情况、果粒质量、糖酸含量以及果实着色指标动态变化等进行实时测定。【结果】供试砧木品种均可促进‘赤霞珠’葡萄新梢生长,提高果粒质量,以赤霞珠/3309C(CS/3309C)效果较为明显。各个处理的净光合速率日变化均呈双峰曲线。供试砧木均可显著提高‘赤霞珠’葡萄净光合速率,亦可改变其峰值出现时间。果实生长发育过程中,砧木‘SO4’可显著延缓果实可溶性固形物、还原糖含量的积累,可滴定酸含量较其他处理偏高。各处理果实颜色指标L、a、b、h、c值变化趋势一致,CS/SO4的h值较其他处理显著偏高。【结论】供试砧木均可提高‘赤霞珠’葡萄生长势、果实质量以及净光合速率;砧木‘SO4’可延迟‘赤霞珠’葡萄成熟约20 d。
【Objective】 The effects of different rootstock treatments on the growth, fruit development and coloring of ’Cabernet Sauvignon’ grape were studied. 【Method】 Four rootstocks, ’SO4’, ’5BB’, ’3309C’ and ’101-14M’, were selected for grafting. The shoot growth, fruit quality , Sugar content and fruit coloring indicators such as dynamic changes in real-time determination. 【Result】 The test rootstock varieties could promote the growth of ’Cabernet Sauvignon’ shoots and improve the fruit quality. The effect of Cabernet Sauvignon / 3309C (CS / 3309C) was more obvious. The diurnal changes of net photosynthetic rate of all treatments showed a bimodal curve. The rootstocks could significantly increase the net photosynthetic rate of ’Cabernet Sauvignon’ grape and change the peak appearance time. In the process of fruit growth and development, rootstock ’SO4’ could delay the accumulation of soluble solid content and reducing sugar, and the content of titratable acid was higher than other treatments. The fruit color index L, a, b, h, c had the same change trend, and the h value of CS / SO4 was significantly higher than other treatments. 【Conclusion】 Rootstocks could increase the growth potential, fruit quality and net photosynthetic rate of ’Cabernet Sauvignon’. Rootstock ’SO4’ delayed the ripening of Cabernet Sauvignon for about 20 days.
