2010年11月24日—12月3日,IMO海上安全委员会(MSC)第88届会议在其总部伦敦举行,会议审议并通过《国际海上人命安全公约》(简称《SOLAS公约》)的修正案和《国际耐火试验程序应用规则》。这次会议还就索马里沿岸和亚丁湾水域的海盗和武装抢劫船舶行为的有关问题进行讨论,并审议通过船舶安全配员原则的修改方案。
From November 24 to December 3, 2010, the 88th Session of the IMO Maritime Safety Committee (MSC) was held in London, its headquarters. The meeting reviewed and approved the amendments to the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) And “Application Rules for International Fire Test Procedures”. The meeting also discussed issues related to the piracy and armed robbery of ships on the coasts of Somalia and Gulf of Aden, and considered and approved the revised plan for the principle of safe manning of ships.
