From May 17 to May 19, 1999, the “21st Century Water Study” forum of the “21st Century Core Science Issue” Forum of the National Natural Science Foundation of China in the “10th Five-year Plan” priority funding field was held in Beijing. Vice Chairman of the NPC Standing Committee and director of the Management Science Department of the National Natural Science Foundation of China attended the meeting and made speeches.
