为解决钢 Al- 2 8Pb复合板存在的复合界面脆化问题 ,采用 Al- 2 8Pb半固态浆料与钢板进行了半固态铸轧复合研究 ,改变了复合界面结构 ,消除了复合界面的脆化 ,得到了合理的钢半固态 Al- 2 8Pb复合板的加工工艺。结果表明 :在 5 4 5℃钢板预热温度、 10 mm / s铸轧速度条件下 ,当半固态浆料固相率为 35 .6 %时 ,复合界面由比例恰当的铁铝化合物和铁铝固溶体交替构成 ,复合界面的脆化得以消除 ,相应的复合板最大界面剪切强度为 70 .2 MPa,这为实际生产探索出了合理的新技术
