我们采用静脉注射VC与Zn~(++)透入并用,治疗类风湿性关节炎活动期16例,收到较好疗效,报告如下。一般资料本组16例中男6例,女10例。年今最大者56岁,最小者26岁。病程最短者2个月,最长者10余年。中枢型3例,周围型13例。本组病例均有血沉快,血色素低,病变关节呈梭型肿胀、疼痛,功能障碍在6周以上,X线摄片见病变关节骨质有典型的类风湿改变。治疗方法 VC500mg加入40ml的50％萄葡糖内,静脉注射,每日1次,20次为一疗程,疗程间休息3天。再用10％硫酸锌溶液做锌离子透入,每日1次,20分钟/次,15次为一疗程,疗程间休息3天。

Treatment VC500mg added 40ml of 50% glucose, intravenous injection, once daily, 20 times for a course of treatment, rest for 3 days between treatments. Then 10% zinc sulfate solution to do zinc ion penetration, once daily, 20 minutes / time, 15 times for a course of treatment, rest for 3 days between treatments.
