通过双因子无重复随机分组设计,测定团头鲂、鲤、草鱼对4种试验饲料的粗蛋白、粗脂肪和能量消化率。结果表明,3种鱼对同一种试验饲料的粗蛋白消化率无显著性差异,但同一种鱼对不同的试验饲料粗蛋白消化率差异显著(P<0.05)。发酵猪粪含量为40%的配合料饲,其粗蛋白平均消化率为86.52%,与不含发酵猪粪对照组无显著性差异。3种鱼对发酵猪粪粗蛋白的平均消化率为71.6%。鲜猪粪经发酵处理后,粗蛋白消化率明显提高,以发酵猪粪作为鲤、草鱼、团头鲂饲料中的主要原料制成的配合饲料,鱼类不仅喜食,而且消化吸收率高。
The crude protein, crude fat and energy digestibility of the four experimental diets were determined by a two-factor random repeat design. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the digestibility of crude protein between the three kinds of fish on the same test feed, but there was significant difference (P <0.05) in the crude protein digestibility of the same kind of test feed. Fermented pig manure content of 40% of the compound feed, the average crude protein digestibility of 86.52%, with no fermentation pig manure control group no significant difference. The average digestibility of crude protein in fermented pig manure from three kinds of fish was 71.6%. Fresh pig manure fermentation process, the crude protein digestibility increased significantly to fermented pig manure as common carp, grass carp, bream feed the main raw material made of feed, not only eat fish, but also high digestion and absorption rate.
