中铁第十五工程局电务工程处是集铁路通信、信号、电力电气化及土木建筑为一体的国家一级施工企业,其前身是铁道兵直属第二通信、信号工程营。1984年1月1日,受中央军委命令集体转工,整编为铁道部第十五工程局电务工程处,现更名为中铁第十五工程局电务工程处,现有职工1400多人(其中有专业技术职称的248人),资产总额为8696万元。 该处奉行“改革创新、科学施工、团结拼博、争创一流”的企业宗旨,紧抓时代机遇,加大改革力度,全面促进“两个文明”建设。1988年被命名为“河南省文明单位”,并连续14年被铁道部授予“铁路安全生产先进单位”;1999年获铁道部“火车头奖杯”和河南省“五一劳动奖状”;1996年10月随局一并通过了ISO9000国际质量体系认证。企业信誉等级被建行河南省分行评为“AAA”级。
