行政文化是行政实践的精神成果,是社会文明与政治文明的构成。中国社会主义行政文化,在国家行政和社会主义建设中起着重要作用。本文根据我国社会主义民主国家的性质,塑造民主的行政文化观,在顺应时代要求的同时又丰富了行政文化的内容。
