细支气管——肺泡癌在临床中比较少见,我院内科于1980年1月发现一例,现报道于下。病例报告患者,女,39岁。于1980年1月5日以进行性左侧颈部疼痛半年,头痛、呕吐二十天,住院号227513。入院后疑为结核性脑膜炎,经抗痨及支持疗法,效果不佳,后摄胸片报告为粟粒型肺结核,转结核病院治疗。经用利福平、强的松治疗半月仍无效,且间断出现意识不清及大小便失禁,转回我
