集体土地,指农民集体所有的土地。根据《宪法》第10条和《土地管理法》第8条规定,包括宅基地、集体建设用地等在内的土地均属于集体土地,由村集体经济组织或者村民委员会经营、管理。2012年的《公共租赁住房管理办法》第3条规定,公租房指“限定建设标准和租金水平,面向符合规定条件的城镇中等偏下收入住房困难家庭、新就业无房职工和在城镇稳定就业的外来务工人员出租的保障性住房。
Collectively owned land refers to collectively owned land owned by peasants.
