病例要要例一男,25岁,下唇有一个突出粘膜表面的浅蓝色肿物,2月余,肿物时大时小,约0.7×1.0cm大,肿物边缘清楚,质地软,并有弹性,有波动感,无压痛。诊断:下唇粘液囊肿。用2％普鲁卡因肾上腺素3m在局部浸润麻醉下,行下唇粘膜囊肿摘除术。术后一个月复发。例一女,23岁,下唇肿物半年,两个月前在当地医院手术后复发。下唇可见一个0.6×0.9cm大的肿物,肿物边缘有条状瘢痕长约1cm,肿物表面呈淡蓝色,边缘清楚,质地软未扪及明显波动,
