焊接电流对焊条工艺性影响很大,但是人们往往凭借经验来选择焊接电流,不能科学地评价不同电流下焊条工艺性的差别。本文采用汉诺威弧焊质量分析仪,对自制9%Ni钢焊条在不同的焊接电流下进行测试,得到了焊条的电弧电压、焊接电流、短路时间等相关图形和数据。试验结果表明:汉诺威弧焊分析仪能够精确的描述焊接过程中电参数的变化,实现焊条工艺性的定量分析,为焊条最佳焊接电流的选择和后续焊条的研发提供了依据。
The welding current has a great influence on the technological properties of the electrode, but people often choose the welding current by their experience, and can not scientifically evaluate the difference of the manufacturability of the electrode under different currents. In this paper, Hanover arc welding quality analyzer, homemade 9% Ni steel electrode under different welding current test, get the electrode arc voltage, welding current, short circuit time and other related graphics and data. The experimental results show that Hannover Arc Welding Analyzer can accurately describe the changes of the electrical parameters in the welding process, and realize the quantitative analysis of the electrode technology. It provides the basis for the selection of the best welding current and the subsequent electrode development.
