目的:观察中西医结合方法治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法1:40例随机分为治疗组70例和对照组70例。对照组给予强心、利尿、扩血管等常规抗心衰治疗。治疗组在此基础上加用复脉饮加味,两组各治疗3个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率95.71%,对照组总有效率75.71%(P<0.05)。结论:应用中西医结合方法治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效明显优于单用西医治疗。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Method: One hundred and forty patients were randomly divided into treatment group (70 cases) and control group (70 cases). Control group given cardiac, diuretic, vasodilators and other conventional anti-heart failure treatment. On the basis of this, the treatment group added Fumai Decoction and the two groups took 3 courses of treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 95.71% in the treatment group and 75.71% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The curative effect of applying integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating chronic heart failure is better than western medicine alone.
